• With salons you book: when you book an appointment, we share the details the salon needs to serve you — such as your name, contact number, selected services, appointment time, and any notes you add.
• With service providers: we work with vendors who help us operate the Platform, including cloud hosting, database and storage providers, authentication services, SMS and email delivery providers, push notification services, analytics and crash reporting tools, and payment service providers. They may process your information only on our instructions and for the purposes we specify.
• For legal reasons: where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HeyStyle, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer: if HeyStyle is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
• With your consent: in any other case, we share your information only when you direct or permit us to.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your HeyStyle account and the personal information associated with it at any time by emailing officialheystyle@gmail.com from the email address or with the mobile number registered to your account.

Once your request is verified, we will delete your profile information, saved preferences, and uploaded images. Certain records — such as transaction and booking records required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes — may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Information already shared with a salon in connection with a completed appointment remains subject to that salon's own record-keeping.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a minor requires salon services, the booking should be made by a parent or legal guardian using their own account. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services, including salon websites, social media pages, map providers, and payment gateways. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
